Apply Your Organizational & Coordination Skills to High-Impact Healthcare Training Training Coordinator – EHR Education Contract Duration: 6 months Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM on site As part of the Impact Advisors network in the U.This 6-month contract Training Coordinator role supports the planning, coordination, and operational execution of Electronic Health Record (EHR) training programs. The position focuses on scheduling, logistics, data tracking, and reporting to ensure training activities run smoothly and on time. You will work closely with training teams, clinical stakeholders, and project leadership to coordinate training sessions, manage learning system readiness, track attendance and compliance, and support the data behind training operations. EHR Training Planning & Coordination Coordinate EHR training schedules in collaboration with system-level and site-level training teams. Manage logistics for in-person training sessions, including classroom coordination, equipment readiness, and session materials. Ensure required online courses and learning modules are available and correctly assigned within Workday Learning. Training Data, Compliance & Tracking Maintain and submit training documentation related to credentialing, continuing education, and compliance requirements (e.g., Support and manage applications or tools used to track training participation and completion. Prepare dashboards, reports, and status updates to support training operations and leadership oversight. Export, update, and maintain training data using Microsoft Excel and other standard productivity tools. Prepare schedules, reports, and documentation used across training initiatives. Ensure training records are accurate, organized, and maintained in accordance with project and organizational standards. Communicate clearly and professionally with trainers, clinical leaders, and project stakeholders. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to evolving project needs. Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in training coordination, education support, operations, or administrative roles. Experience supporting training programs, scheduling, or large-scale operations in a structured or fast-paced environment. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and common office productivity tools.
