If you're looking to work in a young, fast-growing company with a mission and vision focused on students' well-being and professional development , then this opportunity is for you We are a fast-growing K-12 SaaS education startup backed by global funds such as 6 Degrees Capital (UK), Heartcore (Denmark), and Shilling (Portugal). We're now looking for a Senior BDR to help us expand even faster — by evaluating and closing new relationships, high-potential leads, and driving bottom-of-funnel growth across Mexico.
As Senior BDR, you will be responsible for evaluating and closing high-value business opportunities, acting as the first point of contact between Luca and schools, educational groups, and key decision-makers.This role is critical to scaling a predictable and repeatable revenue pipeline, improving lead quality, and laying the foundations for a strong, scalable go-to-market engine.
️ Own bottom-of-funnel sales: qualifying, advancing, and building relationships with schools and school groups across Mexico.
Work leads provided by our SDR team, and also source your own pipeline through referrals, cold outreach, and field relationships.
Serve as one of Luca's first commercial touchpoints — delivering credibility, trust, and value from the first meeting.
Potential to help mentor or manage junior BDRs as the team grows.
Travel to meet schools across the following states: You bring 6–10 years of experience in software/SaaS sales, ideally in both prospecting and closing roles.
You've consistently been a top performer:
You communicate with clarity and polish, and can represent Luca credibly to senior stakeholders.
Bonus: you've worked with or inside startups with international culture, pace, or expectations, even if based in Mexico.
6–10 years of experience in software/SaaS sales.
~ Track record of quota attainment and top-tier performance.
~ Driver's license and access to a car; open to frequent travel within the following states by car: Baja California, Chihuahua, Sinaloa and Sonora.
