As a Business Development Representative (BDR) – Outbound at Vee, you will play a critical role in driving new business growth by proactively reaching out to nonprofit organizations and opening doors for our Account Executive (AE) pods. This is a full-time, hybrid position designed for a highly motivated, resilient, and mission-driven individual who thrives on sparking conversations and building relationships from the ground up.
Identify and research high-potential nonprofit organizations through databases, associations, events, and social platforms.
Initiate conversations via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and creative channels to generate interest in Vee's solutions.
Assess needs, challenges, and fit of nonprofit prospects, securing high-quality meetings for your AE pod.
Consistently deliver on activity and meeting targets to build strong, qualified pipelines that drive ARR growth.
CRM & Reporting: Accurately document all outreach, conversations, and qualification details in HubSpot (or CRM) for full visibility.
Sales Drive: 1–2 years of outbound sales, business development, or SDR/BDR experience (SaaS or nonprofit tech a plus).
Genuine enthusiasm for empowering nonprofits and driving social good.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Professional Development: Training, mentorship, and clear paths to AE or senior sales roles.
