Launch Engineer

1. Leading multiple projects and working independently with Program Managers, Business units, and Customers for new products/components fulfilling manufacturing APQP standards.
2. Determining necessary CAPEX required for the manufacturing plant and meeting financial targets.
3. Being responsible for production line transfer from other sites to our Zacatecas facility.
4. Coordinating with internal teams and customers for completing the project within the agreed timeline and budget.
5. Transforming Engineering BOM to Manufacturing BOM and evaluating Product P&L and any other activities assigned with respect to Launch Management.
6. Coordinating with Procurement/Supply Chain teams for order management of raw materials and follow-up.

Our requirements:

• Industrial Engineering degree or related +3 years of experience in project/launch management
• At least +2 years of experience with injection molding & assembly processes for the automotive industry
• Fluent in English communication
• Willing to relocate to Zacatecas, México
