Your New Company Is a global technology company offering a comprehensive SaaS platform for the hospitality and restaurant industry. The platform helps restaurants, bars, hotels, and catering companies digitalize operations, improve productivity, reduce costs, and ensure regulatory compliance. The solution includes modules for operations and audits management, inventory and purchasing control, staff scheduling, digital training, real-time analytics, and compliance. Your New Role As a Sales Development Representative, you will be part of the GTM Sales Enterprise team and focus exclusively on inbound lead management. You will receive, qualify, and follow up on all incoming leads (Demo Requests, MQLs, marketing campaigns), ensuring fast, consistent, and high-quality engagement. You will collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and delivering qualified opportunities to the Sales team. What You Need to Be Successful - Experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, catering, or related). Proven experience in high-volume inbound lead qualification and follow-up. Strong organization, attention to detail, and discipline. Ability to manage 100+ leads simultaneously and maintain conversion rates. Experience with CRM systems and email campaign tools. High consistency and persistence: ability to handle rejection and follow up repeatedly. Comfortable working with SLAs and performance-driven targets. Fluent English is a plus.
