We offer direct hire, contract-to-hire, and contract/temp staffing & consulting services. Our top areas that we staff for include IT & Technology, Accounting & Finance, Engineering & Construction, Supply Chain & Operations, Sales & Marketing, and HR & Administrative positions. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. The SDR will play a key role in driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and generating qualified leads. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting with people to deliver value. Initiate outbound outreach (calls, emails, social media) to engage prospects and uncover their needs. Qualify inbound leads and ensure they align with the company's target customer profile. Schedule meetings or demos between prospects and Account Executives or senior sales team members. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to nurture them through the sales pipeline. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and optimize lead generation strategies. Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., calls made, meetings booked, opportunities created) using CRM software. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). ~1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (preferred but not required). ~ Comfort with sales platforms. ~
