Working closely with the Head of Sales for the Americas, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying new grocery retail opportunities across North America and Latin America. This role is about creating momentum, opening doors, and building the early-stage pipeline that turns into pilots, proofs of value, and long-term partnerships. Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry networks • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined ICP criteria • Book high-quality discovery meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to the Head of Sales • Support early-stage deal progression by assisting with research, account mapping, and stakeholder analysis • Maintain accurate and disciplined CRM hygiene, ensuring all activity and pipeline data is up to date • Collaborate closely with marketing on regional campaigns, events, and account-based initiatives • 1–3 years' experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial roles, preferably in SaaS or retail technology • Fluent in English and Spanish, professional proficiency required • Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable speaking with senior retail stakeholders • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is advantageous • Sales Development Representative, Business Development Associate, Commercial Analyst
