Senior Spare Parts Manager – Join Our Team
Are you ready to lead and make an impact in the automotive industry? We’re looking for a Spare Parts Manager to drive our regional spare parts business, optimize inventory, and ensure supply chain stability—all while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Develop and execute regional spare parts strategies aligned with business goals (inventory planning, pricing, and sales growth).
Manage end-to-end inventory: forecasting demand, optimizing stock levels, and improving turnover rates.
Build strong relationships with global HQ, local dealers, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth supply and distribution.
Optimize logistics and delivery networks to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Oversee budget planning, cost control, and profitability for the spare parts business.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations while improving processes.
8+ years in automotive spare parts, with at least 3–5 years in a management role.
~ Proven track record in strategy, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
~ Familiarity with regional spare parts markets.
~ Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
Fluent English and Spanish required
Inventory optimization and cost control.
Team leadership and performance management.
