Our client is seeking a Sales Person with the drive, curiosity, and resilience to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial manufacturing environment. This role demands a self-motivated, commercially minded individual who refuses to take “no” for an answer — someone who combines a can-do attitude with a methodical, structured approach to deliver results as a sole contributor working remotely.
The ideal candidate will bring proven sales capability from the component manufacturing or finished goods sector, along with the technical understanding needed to navigate complex, solution-driven customer relationships. You’ll be part of a rapidly expanding international group where initiative, energy, and commercial insight directly shape business success. If you are a confident closer with the discipline to manage your own pipeline and the curiosity to keep challenging the status quo — this is the opportunity to make a measurable impact on a global scale.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B manufacturing, in injection moulding
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Skills: Strong commercial and strategic instincts; advanced Excel; CRM familiarity.
Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
High Compliance: Detail-oriented, quality- and process-focused.
A fast-growing, international manufacturing group is seeking a high-energy, self reliant, entrepreneurial Sales Account Manager to support business development and manage key multinational clients across Mexico and the Americas region. Drive Regional Growth: Serve as the primary commercial contact and project lead.
Sales Project Leadership: Represent the commercial voice in multidisciplinary project teams. Influence decisions in areas such as quality, engineering, and logistics.
Market & Data Insight: Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
CRM Management: Track pipeline and activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Maintain close communication with the European sales leader and coordinate operationally with the Mexico-based production site.
