***Esta posición no es para proyectos de IT*** Position Overview El Design Manager es responsable de liderar la estrategia y coordinación del diseño arquitectónico y MEP, asegurando que los proyectos sean funcionales, estéticos, viables para su ejecución y estén 100% alineados con los estándares y guías de la marca/cliente así como las normativas y reglamentos aplicables vigentes. Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con el Project Manager, brindando soporte técnico y durante todas las fases del proyecto. Key Responsibilities Coordinar el desarrollo del diseño arquitectónico y MEP, asegurando cumplimiento con normativas, estándares de marca y funcionalidad operativa. Supervisar equipos de diseño internos y externos, facilitando la integración entre disciplinas (arquitectura, estructura, MEP, iluminación, mobiliario) y asegurando la calidad técnica de los entregables.). Revisar y validar documentación de diseño (planos, renders, especificaciones, mood boards y presentaciones), garantizando cumplimento de las guías de la marca y experiencia del usuario. Apoyar al Project Manager en decisiones técnicas de diseño, participando en sesiones de coordinación interdisciplinaria. Required Qualifications: Título universitario en Arquitectura, Diseño Industrial, Ingeniería Civil o afín. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia afín. Competence and Skills: Conocimiento de las normas y reglamentos de construcción y diseño; sensibilidad funcional, estética y MEP de proyectos de diseño. Languages: Inglés avanzado.
