Overview The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. This position is responsible for the labour law compliance, promoting company values, running HR global initiatives, growth & development for all employees, following up on company policies and ensuring a positive work environment for all employees. Education and specific training Bachelor's Degree Master's Degree (desirable) Key Responsibilities Promoter and Monitor of Company Values Strategic Partner to all department leaders for People Management strategy Vigilant of any employee-related issues internally and externally. Monitoring of Labour Board cases and ensuring legal liability is kept within the company's goals. Monitor and consistently interact with Labour Lawyers to ensure proper management of cases and the negotiation process Establish and monitor communication channels with all employees Manage and control department expenditure within agreed budgets. Monitor compliance to Health and Safety norms in accordance with local law and proper documentation in all sites. Through effective recruitment & selection, ensure that the right people are located in the correct staff positions and in accordance with authorised ratios and Organisational Development plan. Monitor the execution of the employee services calendar. Creation of action plans to follow up on employee satisfaction surveys, ESAT Committees, exit interviews, Our Channel and other company climate measuring tools. Establish and conduct and recurrent attrition analysis cycle plan. Creation of a retention strategy for company employees at all levels, with priority on agent attrition. Keep senior leadership informed of major issues regarding employees´ safety and the company’s interests. Ensure activities meet organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal, and environmental policies. Assure employee development based on a periodical performance review, training needs analysis process and/or designed career path programs. Read and sign the ISMS policies. Work Experience 8 years of experience in Human Resources or related field Technical skills Experience in local law regulation, human resources procedures, call centre management, recruitment and people management.
