International logistics company is looking for a **Human Resources Manager **with advanced English skills.**English proficiency is essential,** ability to conduct oral and written conversations with no difficulties.**Location**: Mexico City (near Angel de la Independencia).**REQUIREMENTS**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.- Advanced English - fluency in oral and written communication is a must (some colleagues and supervisors speak only English).- Willingness to travel and move to other facilities of the same company (Tepotzotlán and Tlalnepantla).- At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in the following areas- Human Resources Administration- Labor relations- Compensation and benefits- Organizational development and psychology- Regulatory compliance - employment law- Conflict Management and Discipline- Talent Management- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively and empathetically- Integrity, honesty, and strong professional ethics- Analytical decision making- Residence close to the work area**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Human Resources Administration: Coordinate and track the hiring and onboarding process for new employees.- Labor Relations: Act as a mediator between management and employees to resolve conflicts and manage labor claims.- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the compensation and benefits system.- Organizational Development: Oversee training and professional development programs to improve employee performance and skills.- Regulatory Compliance: Review and ensure compliance with applicable employment policies and legal requirements.- Talent Management: Identify and recommend strategies for retaining and developing key talent within the organization.- Conflict Management and Discipline: Implement disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution strategies to ensure fair and objective management.- Employment Law: Stay abreast of changes in employment law and ensure company compliance.- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the compensation packages offered.**BENEFITS**:- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.- Benefits beyond those required by law:- Major Medical Insurance- Life insurance- Savings fund of 7%- Food pantry vouchers of $2,000 per month.- Salary of up to $45,000 per month based on experience.- Work location: Mexico City, Reforma area (near Angel de la Independencia).Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: Hasta $45,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaPregunta(s) de postulación:- Do you consider yourself qualified for all requirements and functions of the position?- Do you speak and write English fluently? - Some team members speak only English- How long would it take you to get to the work area?
