Inside Sales Representative – Latin America Location: Mexico City, Mexico (On-site)

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting regional sales operations, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, distributors, and internal departments. This position plays a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction, processing sales orders, providing accurate and timely information, and supporting both the Sales and Technical Support teams throughout the pre- and post-sales process.
This role requires a proactive, service-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and building long-term client relationships that strengthen Hanwha Vision's presence in the region.
Sales Operations & Customer Management
Act as the main contact for clients and distributors, providing accurate information on products, pricing, and delivery. Process purchase orders, issue quotations and proposals, and ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Maintain customer data in the CRM system and monitor the entire order cycle from quotation to invoicing. Review and manage the portfolio of clients, distributors, and inactive integrators, following up to encourage reactivation and new opportunities.
Support to Sales & Regional Teams
Assist Regional Sales Managers with quotations, reports, and presentations. Track project opportunities, follow up on leads, and support the sales conversion process. Contribute to sales forecasts and share market insights with Marketing and Product teams.
Collaboration with Customer Service & Technical Support
Coordinate with Support and Customer Service teams to resolve post-sale issues such as returns, warranty claims, or configuration questions. Provide basic product guidance and ensure timely follow-up of open support cases.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation, reports, and records in compliance with company policies. Support management decisions through regular reporting and process accuracy.
Handle additional office-based tasks and administrative duties that support daily sales operations and internal coordination.
Education:
~ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

2–4 years in inside sales, commercial operations, or customer service in the technology, electronics, or security industry.
~ Experience supporting regional teams and working with distributors or integrators is highly desirable.

CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Spanish native).
Team player with strong cross-department collaboration skills (Sales, Support, Marketing, Operations).
Challenge: Proactively identifies opportunities to improve sales processes and customer experience.
