Impact Advisors Mexico is part of the Impact Advisors network, delivering data and analytics solutions that support critical healthcare operations across the U.For this engagement, our team is leading a specialized migration effort involving the Dimensional Insight Diver platform, supporting a client’s transition from on-premise to cloud.
This 12-week contract role supports the migration of an existing Diver 7.1 on-premises environment to Diver 8.0 cloud. The Data Engineer will contribute deep platform knowledge and engineering judgment to ensure data, metrics, and reporting logic are fully transitioned, validated, and production ready.
Working as part of a small delivery team, this role focuses on data pipeline validation, metrics integrity, and platform-level troubleshooting throughout the migration lifecycle.

· Validate that all measure factors, metrics libraries, dashboards, and data sources are accurately transitioned to the cloud environment.
· Review and assess the client’s migration strategy to ensure full continuity of data, logic, and reporting behavior.
· Data Pipeline & Architecture Support
· Design, validate, and troubleshoot Diver data pipelines using Workbench and related Diver tools.
· Validate ETL logic including delta processing, Type II slowly changing dimensions, and STAR schema modeling.
· Ensure live data sources are correctly configured, performant, and validated post-migration.

Provide technical guidance and knowledge-sharing support to junior team members during the engagement.
· Lead reviews of calculation logic, data models, and metrics libraries.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
· x on-premise to Diver 8.0 cloud.
· Experience leading or mentoring junior technical team members during implementation or support efforts.

Strong SQL skills for data validation, troubleshooting, and metric verification.
· Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
· Solid understanding of data engineering concepts including:
o ETL architecture
Ability to think abstractly and design metadata-driven, scalable data pipelines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across complex data environments.
· Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and validation.
· Comfortable operating in a focused, delivery-driven contract engagement.
· A focused, hands-on data engineering engagement centered on a real-world Diver cloud migration.
· Collaboration with experienced Data & AI professionals supporting U.
