Analyze lead data and provide actionable insights to improve sales and outreach
Work closely with the Sales Manager to drive performance and refine processes

1+ years of CRM management experience, ideally in real estate or lead generation
~ Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel) and Airtable
~ This role requires strong proficiency in both written and verbal English. Competitive base pay with performance-based bonuses
