We’re looking for a creative and strategic Copywriter to develop compelling messaging that drives engagement, conversions, and brand impact for our clients. Key Results Areas (KRAs) & What Winning Looks Like 1. High-Impact Copy for Paid, Earned, and Organic Media Craft persuasive and engaging ad copy for digital platforms, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads. Write compelling messaging for organic and earned media, including social media, website content, press releases, and email marketing. Winning means: Copy is clear, concise, and effective in driving engagement, brand awareness, and conversions. 2. Brand Voice & Audience Alignment Develop messaging that aligns with each client’s brand voice while appealing to their target audience. Adapt writing style based on platform, audience, and campaign objectives. Winning means: Messaging resonates with audiences, aligns with brand identity, and supports overall marketing strategy. 3. Collaboration & Internal Communication in a Virtual Work Environment Work closely with internal teams, including designers, strategists, and ad specialists, to develop cohesive campaign messaging. Effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, virtual team setting. Winning means: Internal collaboration is seamless, projects move forward efficiently, and messaging remains consistent across all platforms. Skills Needed to Win in This Role Exceptional Writing Skills: Ability to write compelling and conversion-driven copy across multiple platforms. Advertising & Marketing Expertise: Understanding of direct response marketing, brand messaging, and digital advertising. Audience Targeting Knowledge: Ability to craft messaging tailored to specific geographic, demographic, and psychographic audiences. SEO & Content Strategy: Experience optimizing copy for search engines and developing content strategies that enhance visibility. Adaptability & Creativity: Ability to adjust tone, style, and messaging based on different clients and industries. Strong Communication & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment and coordinate with multiple contributors. Detail-Oriented & Deadline-Driven: Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality copy under tight deadlines.
