Todos los días, nos levantamos al desafío de hacer una diferencia y así es como el Medical Representative tendrá un impacto:

Generación de la demanda de los productos asignados en su territorio y clase terapéutica para el logro de los objetivos de venta, esto a través de la visita médica con alto contenido científico a médicos de atención primaria y especialistas; instituciones de gobierno; hospitales privados y públicos; clientes claves con cuadros básicos, privados y descentralizados; distribuidores; y farmacias.

Asegurar la disponibilidad de los productos bajo su responsabilidad, desarrollando una buena red de colaboración interna y externa, incluyendo médicos lideres de opinión y sociedades médicas. Mantener una capacitación continua de técnicas de venta y conocimiento científicos. Análisis de la situación del mercado (DDD, Close-Up, inventarios, etc.) para el desarrollo de estrategias y tácticas enfocadas y eficientes, y así capitalizar los recursos en su territorio (inversión EMC, muestras médicas, materiales promocionales, etc.) de manera ética y en cumplimiento con las políticas. Participación y propositiva en su distrito y con equipos locales, marketing, medical y comercial.

Las responsabilidades clave para esta función incluyen:

  • Generar la demanda de medicamentos , principalmente con médicos altamente prescriptores de primer contacto y especialistas.

  • Un amplio conocimiento científico , de producto y competencia. Conocimiento de estudios clínicos. Transmite con facilidad las diferentes características de patología y alternativas de tratamiento en las diferentes áreas terapéuticas, ofreciendo alternativas de tratamiento eficaces y seguras.

  • Asegura la disponibilidad de nuestros productos , a través de la visita a farmacias, seguimiento a estrategias comerciales y programas de valor agregado. Verifica existencias y distribución de diferentes SKUs en punto de venta de cadenas nacionales/regionales/locales en sinergia con los ADNs. Sguimiento a avances de contrato en instituciones de gobierno y con cuadros básicos descentralizados y privados en sinergia con los KAMs.

  • Desarrolla una buena relación con clientes externos , líderes de opinión, sociedades médicas, hospitales y farmacias. Trabaja cercano a los residentes en hospitales y visita de médicos especialistas a través de un servicio diferenciado.

  • Establece redes de colaboración con markteting, medical y comercial (ADN) para capitalizar sinergias y trabajo en conjunto.

  • Incrementa la participación de mercado y cumple con los objetivos de venta , cumple con las métricas de productividad: visita médica, farmacias, promedio diario de visita. Ejecuta eficientemente y de forma acelerada su recurso EMC y las actividades programadas por marketing con médicos target.

  • Capitaliza las oportunidades de mercado y va en la búsqueda de nuevos negocios, teniendo un amplio conocimiento de las estrategias de marketing con ejecución eficiente en el campo. Comunica efectivamente a los médicos las estrategias comerciales con los beneficios que se le brindan al paciente. Análisis de su territorio y ejecuta su plan táctico, tomando decisiones oportunas y proactivas, con comunicación constante.

Las calificaciones mínimas para este rol son:

  • Escolaridad: Nivel/Grado educacional: licenciatura (titulado) en áreas de la salud, administración de empresas o mercadotecnia.

  • Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en la industria farmacéutica

  • Competencias Técnicas: conocimiento intermedio de paquete Office.

  • Competencias de Comportamiento:

  • Habilidades técnicas de ventas.

  • Conocimiento del negocio.

  • Responsabilidad.

  • Flexibilidad y agilidad al cambio.

Requisitos de calendario:

  • Jornada: Tiempo completo, 100% en campo.

  • Disponibilidad de Viaje: Alta.

  • Cambio de Residencia: Medio.
