What We're Looking For: We are seeking a strategic expert to bridge the gap between sales and execution. You will be responsible for transforming ideas into reality by managing and scaling global partnerships with Advertising Networks and Aggregators, specifically for our client. As the expert, you will develop a strategy to scale globally these partnerships. The strategy will include technology, and an operational model that is repeatable to scale and execute to deliver content at scale.

Nice to Have

: Experience in financial services or regulated environments, and a deep background in Advertising, Affiliate Marketing, or Partnership Management within the LAC region is a plus Profile Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or International Business. Preferred background: Experience in affiliate networks, AdTech/MarTech, or advertising partnerships (e.g., Rakuten, AWIN, or similar platforms), preferably within regulated or financial services environments. Desirable: Postgraduate studies or certifications in AdTech / MarTech, or Platform Economics Experience: +7 years of formal exposure to affiliate marketing, AdTech/MarTech, marketplace economics, and payments ecosystems. Core Expertise: Deep knowledge of card-linked offers and affiliate marketing programs. Proven Hands-on experience working in/with partnerships with global players. Experience working with the LAC (Latin America & Caribbean) regions ️ Technical & Professional Skills: Expertise in identifying and onboarding smaller regional agencies within LAC. Ability to translate complex technology and operational needs into clear business requirements. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail. Soft Skills: Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Efficiency: Ability to work with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments with a persistent and urgent approach. Languages (Mandatory) English: Advanced/Fluent (Required for global strategy and stakeholder management). Spanish & Portuguese: Proficient (Required for LAC regional operations).

Key Responsibilities

Lead Advertising Development with Aggregators and Networks to deliver content at scale. Develop and execute a repeatable operational model to scale partnerships globally while respecting regional nuances. Act as the thought leader from Day 1, guiding the strategy based on where AdTech is heading. Collaborate with sales teams to take their "deals" and turn them into functional, technological realities.
