El Asesor de Ejecución y Operación es responsable de verificar que los procesos enfocados a Riesgos Operativos, Administrativos, Calidad de Imagen y regulatorios se ejecuten de acuerdo a los procedimientos, leyes y normas, tanto internas como externas a fin de garantizar que los objetivos de la Institución se cumplan dentro de los criterios de eficiencia. Este cumplimiento se asegura por medio de revisiones periódicas y seguimientos a los Planes de Acción que corrigen las desviaciones encontradas, así como de la gestión directa con las sucursales de la Red.

Implementar adecuadamente las prioridades y estrategias como:

· Ejecuta acciones establecidas para disminuir los casos de PCC por concepto de fraude interno, favoreciendo a la reducción de pérdidas operativas

· Realiza revisiones en sitio en la red (check list y plan de revisiones) de acuerdo a la taxonomía de riesgos para una mejora continua, basados en los criterios de evaluación establecidos en la metodología de trabajo (scripts).

· Realizar capacitación en sitio, así como reforzamientos en temas de control, operación riesgo y temas en calidad de la venta (SQ) en la red de sucursales.

· Ejecuta y asegura el cumplimiento de los planes de acción para cierre de hallazgos.

· Evalúa el cumplimiento de los procesos y controles que operan en la red de sucursales, a fin de garantizar la óptima operación y administración de insumos, documentos y valores de la sucursal.

· Identifica, escala y da seguimiento a los riesgos en temas de AML, FCC, FCI, riesgos y controles operativos.

· Valida y gestiona la ejecución de proyectos asignados a la red de sucursales, por parte de la Dirección Ejecutiva WPB y de la Dirección Branch Service Standards & Operation Support.

· Concientiza a la red de sucursales sobre la importancia del conocimiento y aplicación de los Estándares Globales de HSBC, así como asegurar la inducción oportuna (Capacitación AML).

· Realizar visitas a sucursales para realizar la Certificación de Eficiencia Comercial basada en el modelo en la metodología de ventas para la red de sucursales.

· Seguimiento a integración de expedientes en la red de sucursales en la subdirección asignada.

· Participa en los foros de Subdirección en donde se presentan resultados de temas de control y se definen estrategias.

· Registrar las incidencias por promotor detectadas durante las revisiones AEO y en las certificaciones de eficiencia comercial.

· Validar que las sucursales que no se encuentren operando en óptimas condiciones generen el levantamiento de Folios correspondientes para ser atendidos por el área de mantenimiento (CRE).

· Mantenerse actualizados de todos los cambios a los procesos y controles que impactan a la red de sucursales.

· Da soporte y atención a la red de sucursales a dudas de procesos operativos

· Da atención y apoyo a la red de sucursales en la subdirección asignada en casos fortuitos, asaltos, consolidación.

· Da apoyo a áreas internas como FCI, áreas de investigación, relaciones laborales para realizar visitas y análisis especiales a casos en investigación que se requiera.

· Da seguimiento al envío de las cedulas y cumplimiento de simulacros en tiempo y forma en la red de sucursales.

· Realiza entrevistas al personal alertado por consultas QCQ de los sistemas del banco, así como la validación del perfil transaccional.

· Documenta y prepara los casos a las áreas especializadas (RL, FCTM, Malas Prácticas, PIF, Investigaciones Especiales) originadas de las revisiones AEO, entrevistas QCQ, revisiones especiales, quejas, etc.

Licenciatura Económica Administrativa o Ingeniería

Experiencia en procesos bancarios áreas de control u operativas.

Ejecutivo de Cuenta.

Disponibilidad de viajar

Conocimientos: Operación bancaria en general Dominio de regulaciones existentes internas

Conocimiento en administración de riesgos

Conocimiento en Productos de Consumo

Metodología de desarrollo de proyectos
