What you’ll do?
Provide L2 support for internet-facing web applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Java applications, AWS services (ECS, CLI, CloudWatch), and SQL databases.
Monitor application performance and ensure adherence to SLAs.
Participate in on-call rotations during weekends as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams for incident resolution and enhancements.

What you’ll bring:
~3–9 years of experience
~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Technologies:
Strong experience in Java and AWS services (ECS, CLI, CloudWatch).
SQL and database troubleshooting.
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Campaign.
