Alguien que disfrute cuestionar, proponer y construir. ¿Qué harás en este rol? Llevarás el timón de la planeación financiera anual y los procesos de forecast. Analizarás el desempeño del negocio, entendiendo los drivers que realmente mueven los resultados. Crearás modelos financieros claros, prácticos y estratégicos. Traducirás datos en historias que ayuden a tomar mejores decisiones. Presentarás información ejecutiva de manera sencilla, directa y con impacto. Liderarás iniciativas de eficiencia, optimización y crecimiento. Desarrollarás a un equipo talentoso que busca un líder inspirador. ¿Qué buscamos en ti? Al menos 8 años en FP&A, planeación o finanzas corporativas. Experiencia liderando equipos y proyectos de alto impacto. Sólido entendimiento financiero, dominio de Excel y herramientas de BI. Capacidad de explicar cosas complejas de manera práctica y humana. Pasión por los números, curiosidad por el negocio y mentalidad estratégica.
