AS A QUALITY MANAGER, YOU:

  • Participates in the development of new products, as well as their validation
  • Validate new suppliers / Measurement of these
  • Responsible for the Company's Quality Management system
  • Effective communication with clients
  • Corrective actions and monitoring of these internally, clients and suppliers

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, plus a minimum of 3 years of experience preferred, including leadership, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • English 100%
  • Ability to analyze the production process.
  • Experience and Knowledge of ISO 9001
  • Ability to work effectively with various levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional focus on customer service, including attention to producing quality results.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Legal authorization to work in Mexico: Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:36 pm

Our facilities are located in Reynosa Tamaulipas in the Northern industrial park, conveniently located a short distance from the international bridge with several access and exit routes from the park, close to housing sectors and with public transportation on different routes. The area is home to several growing communities with restaurants, and shops.

The Southern Hermetic Motors Company was founded since November 1993. Through our 30 years of experience in compressors, our products help provide comfort and convenience to commercial, industrial and residential spaces. Approximately 2,000 employees work at our Southern Hermetic Motors / King Lam plant, supporting a multitude of business functions. With the combination of businesses and functions represented under this same roof, there are many opportunities for advancement within the Reynosa location.
