About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution. Manage contract creation, amendments, renewals, and terminations. Coordinate with Legal and cross-functional teams to process contracts efficiently. Participate in contract negotiations and oversee contract administration. Monitor upcoming contract renewals or expirations and determine necessary actions. Research contract activity in Accounts Payable to support renewal decisions and compliance. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field. Proven experience in contract management or administration. Strong understanding of legal terminology and contract structures. Proficiency in MS Office and contract management systems. Knowledge of MS Office. • SAP, Coupa, ServiceNow
