Senior Revenue & Pricing Analyst (100% Remote – Boutique Hotels) Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CT
Payroll: $32,000 – $36,000 MXN/month + law benefits

We're seeking a Senior Revenue & Pricing Analyst to support pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization for a growing portfolio of boutique hotels.
This is a high-impact, data-driven role for someone who enjoys working with numbers, building pricing models, and translating insights into actionable rate strategies. You'll collaborate with leadership to analyze performance and recommend pricing adjustments to maximize revenue and profitability.
Analyze hotel performance metrics (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, booking pace) to identify pricing opportunities.
Build and maintain pricing models and forecasts in Excel or Google Sheets.
Prepare and present pricing and revenue performance reports to leadership.
Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, local events, and seasonality.
4+ years of experience in hotel revenue management, pricing, or financial analysis.
~ Advanced Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, data modeling, trend analysis).
English: C1/C2 level (written and verbal)
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Proactive, organized, and data-focused
