¿Te apasiona el mundo comercial y buscas un rol donde tu esfuerzo se traduzca directamente en ingresos? En AddControl estamos creciendo y buscamos un Setter Appointment para generar oportunidades calificadas y alimentar a nuestro equipo de Closers.

Tu objetivo principal será contactar, calificar y agendar citas con prospectos interesados en nuestra solución ERP para la industria de la construcción, convirtiéndote en una pieza clave en nuestro embudo de ventas.

Agendar diagnósticos con prospectos interesados para el equipo de Closers.
Gestionar tu pipeline en el CRM, registrando interacciones y oportunidades.
Asegurar mínimo 30% de efectividad en citas agendadas sobre leads recibidos.
Dar seguimiento a leads fríos o no agendados para reactivarlos.
Investigar brevemente cada lead para asegurar calidad en la calificación.

¿Comunicación clara, profesional y persuasiva.
Capacidad de calificar rápido, detectar necesidades y urgencia.
Dominio de herramientas CRM y excelente organización.
Experiencia mínima de 9 meses en ventas, call center comercial o como Setter.
La formación académica no es decisiva; Horario y condiciones
Tiempo complete, horarios flexibles.
Trabajo 100% remoto
Participación ocasional en eventos presenciales
Requiere disponibilidad para llamadas dentro del horario laboral

Soft skills comerciales
CRM (cualquier plataforma similar)
Excel / Google Sheets

Proceso comercial robusto que genera leads constantes.
Equipo profesional de Closers que convierte muy bien (tu comisión depende de ello).
Ruta de crecimiento: Setter → Closer → Ejecutivo comercial senior.
