We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused **Appointment Setter / Receptionist** to join our team.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle at least **60 calls per day** (both inbound and outbound) for appointment scheduling and customer inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule client appointments efficiently.
- Provide detailed information about our services, pricing, and promotions to potential and existing clients.
- Follow up with clients regarding appointment reminders, cancellations, and post-treatment follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our scheduling system.
- Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Process payments and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Address client concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Support marketing efforts by making outbound calls for promotions, special events, and follow-ups.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years in a receptionist, customer service, or appointment-setting role (preferably in a medical spa, salon, or healthcare setting).
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly phone manner.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- **Sales-Oriented**: Comfortable upselling services and making outbound follow-up calls to clients.
- **Customer Service Focus**: Passionate about providing a positive and welcoming experience for all clients.
