Join a U.S. law firm that values your expertise and dedication We're searching for enthusiastic, detail-driven bilingual legal assistants who enjoy supporting legal teams and helping clients through their cases. If you love problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. Note: This role is for independent contractors, and you'll be responsible for your own taxes and insurance. Your Day-to-Day: Review incoming cases and provide initial evaluations Support attorneys with case strategies Keep case files organized and updated Offer helpful and clear communication to clients Be the primary link between clients and attorneys Coordinate with vendors and experts when needed Research legal topics and assist with document drafting You're a Great Fit If You Have: At least 1 year of legal assistant experience Knowledge of legal processes and terminology Strong communication and people skills The ability to juggle multiple tasks Experience working on a team and independently Skills in Microsoft Office and relevant software Perks & Benefits: Paid every 1st and 15th of the month 40-hour workweek Remote, long-term work with room to grow Raise after 6 months Monthly internet reimbursement Insurance subsidy after 6 months Attendance and performance bonuses Equal Opportunity Employer: We proudly support diversity and encourage applicants of all backgrounds to apply.
