We’re searching for enthusiastic, detail-driven bilingual legal assistants who enjoy supporting legal teams and helping clients through their cases. If you love problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
Note: This role is for independent contractors , and you’ll be responsible for your own taxes and insurance.
Your Day-to-Day:
Review incoming cases and provide initial evaluations
Support attorneys with case strategies
Keep case files organized and updated
Offer helpful and clear communication to clients
Be the primary link between clients and attorneys
Coordinate with vendors and experts when needed
Research legal topics and assist with document drafting
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
At least 1 year of legal assistant experience
Knowledge of legal processes and terminology
Strong communication and people skills
The ability to juggle multiple tasks
Experience working on a team and independently
Skills in Microsoft Office and relevant software
