As a Treasury Analyst at K2 Partnering Solutions (Mexico), you will play a critical part in optimizing our treasury operations, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with financial and fiscal regulations. Your experience in financial management, billing compliance, and risk mitigation will be instrumental in safeguarding our financial stability. As a Treasury Analyst, you will provide strategic leadership, make sound financial decisions, and collaborate closely with Accounting, Finance, and external stakeholders to drive the organization's fiscal success. Responsibilities Cash flow maintenance, monitoring, and forecasting Apply payments against invoices according to customer payment details Track collections with customers and follow up on outstanding balances (Accounts Receivable) Manage Accounts Payable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments Reconcile invoices (CFDI's) versus SAP records (AR) Review and ensure the correct process for issuing payment complements Review monthly collection reconciliations and share results with the Accounting team Ensure billing and collection processes comply with applicable fiscal and tax regulations Manage relationships with banking institutions, including account administration and daily banking operations Oversee cash flow management, including short-term liquidity planning Identify and evaluate favorable foreign exchange rates for company operations Coordinate and execute payments to foreign and international bank accounts, ensuring regulatory and fiscal compliance Requirements & Skills Advanced English level Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Solid background in billing processes and fiscal compliance from a tax perspective Experience managing Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and cash flow Knowledge of banking operations and relationship management with financial institutions Experience handling foreign payments and international transactions Ability to analyze and manage foreign exchange rates to optimize company results Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends Proficiency in accounting principles and practices Experience with financial systems and ERP tools (SAP experience is required) Strong verbal and written communication skills --------------- This job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required.
