1 Gestión de ventas

Ejecutar las estrategias de ventas establecidas por la gerencia mediante la visita y promoción de los productos, con el fin de incrementar las ventas en el mercado de facial Aesthetic y cumplir los presupuestos asignados.

2 Gestión de cartera

Actualizar las bases de territorios, monitorear la cartera, hacer análisis de la misma y planificar acciones. Verificar la evolución del territorio mediante las plataformas de gestión con las que cuenta la compañía con el objetivo de cumplir con las cuotas de ventas.

3 Implementación del múltiples programas de acuerdo con la estrategia del negocio

Ejecutar los programas de marketing, educativos y orientados al consumidor establecidos en la estrategia del negocio, a través de actividades en consultorios con el objetivo de incrementar market share, share of voice y ampliación de portfolio del producto en la práctica médica de los clientes.

4 Cuidado de los recursos de la empresa

Hacer un uso eficiente y eficaz de los recursos de la empresa administrando los mismos de manera racional. Muestras y piezas de marketing.

5 Conocimiento de producto y programas de marketing de Allergan y de la competencia

Estar permanentemente actualizado de los programas de marketing y las especificaciones de producto de la compañía. Al mismo tiempo tener un fuerte conocimiento de los productos y programas de la competencia como también la búsqueda constante de mejoras en el perfomance de gestión.

6 Búsqueda y desarrollo de oportunidades de negocio

Estar permanentemente alerta de nuevas oportunidades de negocio investigando las acciones de la competencia y aprovechando las ventajas de nuestros productos y las debilidades de la competencia.

Base en CDMX (zonas a manejar: Polanco, Lomas, Palmas).

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia como asesor médico en empresas farmacéuticas, de dispositivos médicos o de medicina estética.

Manejo del sector privado.

Profesional titulado.

Enfoque al cliente.

Visión holística del negocio.

Planeación y organización.

Habilidades de negociación.
