Proposito General: The NPI (New Product Introduction) Manager is responsible for coordinating the introduction of new products and processes into the manufacturing plant. The engineer works closely with cross-functional teams—including quality, design, maintenance, testing, manufacturing, and planning—to meet product launch deadlines. Additionally, the NPI Engineer acts as the primary liaison between the manufacturing site and global teams to facilitate information exchange and effective follow-up on NPI activities. The role also includes setting and monitoring project schedules, tracking key deliverables, and documenting incidents to guarantee their proper resolution. Serve as liaison between the manufacturing site and global teams. Establish project schedules and monitor progress. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Preferred Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or specialization in Operations Management. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in an NPI or Project Manager role. Proven leadership and management of cross-functional teams. Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Advanced proficiency in English. Time management and organizational skills Effective communication in both Spanish and English Adaptability and change management
