We are looking for a Loyalty Manager (Loyalty & Customer Engagement) to join Grupo Axo If you're passionate about data-driven loyalty strategies, customer retention, and leading dynamic teams, this opportunity is for you.
Lead and coordinate the CRM team, ensuring strategic execution and high-quality deliverables.
Manage the CRM operation and SAP, ensuring data quality and seamless integrations.
Analyze core KPIs: retention, frequency, engagement, and campaign performance.
Partner with Marketing, Brands, E-commerce, Analytics, and Retail to align business priorities.
Manage relationships with CRM agencies, tech partners, and external stakeholders.
Solid experience in CRM, Loyalty, or Customer Engagement, including at least 1-year leading teams.
Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and commercial sensitivity.
Experience with Google Analytics, SAP Cortex, and Salesforce (nice to have).
Advanced English — required.
