🚀 We are looking for a CRM Manager to join Grupo AxoAbout the role We’re looking for a CRM Manager to lead the customer engagement strategy across fashion & beauty brands. You’ll manage a team, optimize multi-channel journeys, ensure smooth platform operation and drive data-driven growth, retention, and engagement.Key Responsibilities· Lead and coordinate the CRM team, ensuring strategic execution and high-quality deliverables.· Design and optimize retention, customer journeys, and omnichannel campaigns.· Manage CRM operations and marketing automation workflows.· Plan, execute, and optimize customer journeys and campaigns.· Analyze CRM performance & customer behavior.· Collaborate closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, Brands, and Analytics.· Improve CRM processes, governance, and data quality standards.· Manage relationships with agencies, tech partners, and external stakeholders.What We’re Looking For· Solid experience in CRM, Customer Engagement, Marketing Automation or Retention.· 1+ year leading teams or managing talent.· Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and commercial sensitivity.· Experience with CRM/CX platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Emarsys, etc.).· Fluent English.If you’re driven by creating meaningful customer experiences, leading high-energy teams, and generating real impact, we’d love to meet you. ✨
