We’re hiring our first Sales / GTM Lead to turn founder-led traction into repeatable revenue. We’re building a new startup in the AI Business Intelligence space Pulse AI lets operators, founders, and business teams analyze data and create full dashboards in seconds, without SQL, without analysts, without friction. And we’re looking for the person who will take this to market. What We’re Building Traditional BI is broken: Too complex Too slow Too dependent on technical teams Pulse AI flips that model. You ask questions in plain language. You get insights, dashboards, and answers instantly. Our goal is to replace friction with clarity and make BI accessible to anyone who runs a business. If this works at scale, it changes how companies make decisions. The Role: Sales / GTM Lead This is not a corporate sales role. This is founder-style, early-stage GTM ownership. You’ll be the person who: Turns early interest into real revenue Shapes how Pulse AI is sold, positioned, and understood Builds the first repeatable sales motion You’ll work directly with the founder and product team. Your job is simple to describe and hard to execute: make people pay for Pulse AI and help define why they should. What You’ll Do Own early sales from first call to close Run discovery calls and demos with real operators Turn founder intuition into a repeatable GTM motion Test positioning, pricing, and ICPs in the real world Bring raw feedback back to product (what sells, what blocks deals) Build the foundation for future outbound and growth Who This Is For You might be a great fit if: You’ve sold early-stage B2B SaaS before You’re comfortable selling a product that’s still evolving You like shaping the playbook, not following one You can talk to non-technical buyers and make complex things feel simple You’re energized by ambiguity and speed This is not a role for someone who needs a big brand, inbound leads, or rigid processes to succeed. Who This Is NOT For If you only sell enterprise with long procurement cycles If you need a full SDR + marketing engine to perform If you prefer polished decks over real conversations If you want to “manage pipeline” more than talk to customers This role is hands-on. Compensation Competitive base Meaningful upside (commission + equity) Direct access to leadership and product We care more about impact than titles. We are self funded and bootstrapped, while our salaries are not huge our mission and drive is as well as our equity and bonus packages.
