Aditi LATAM Reimagine your reality En Aditi Consulting LATAM, estamos buscando un Operations Associate para sumarse al equipo de operaciones y trabajar con herramientas de primer nivel como Salesforce, Zendesk, ChurnZero, GuideCX y más. Serás parte clave de la ejecución diaria de procesos, asegurando calidad de datos, cumplimiento de SLAs y soporte operativo de alto impacto para múltiples áreas dentro de la organización. Lo que necesitarás para tener éxito: - +4 años de experiencia directa en Operaciones, Administración de CRM, o Soporte Analítico. CRM (Salesforce): experiencia de +4 años en Salesforce para la entrada, mantenimiento, actualización y validación de datos de CRM, incluyendo cargas masivas. Además, experiencia trabajando con dashboards y reportes de Salesforce. Gestión de Datos: manejo intermedio/avanzado de Excel / Google Sheets, incluyendo fórmulas, clasificación, y organización de grandes datasets. Calidad y Precisión: alta atención al detalle y precisión al manejar tareas repetitivas y de alto volumen, incluyendo limpieza de duplicados y validaciones diarias. Procesos: capacidad para seguir SOPs (Procedimientos Operacionales Estándar) y DOAs (Acuerdos de Autoridad Delegada). Gestión del Tiempo: Habilidad para priorizar tareas de manera eficiente y cumplir consistentemente con los SLAs. Comunicación: Inglés avanzado (requisito excluyente, será evaluado) y comunicación escrita clara y estructurada para documentación y gestión de tickets. Soporte Operacional: Proporcionar soporte preciso para las tareas operacionales diarias y coordinar efectivamente con stakeholders. Es un plus: - Conocimientos en análisis de datos o automatización.
