En Experis IT estamos en búsqueda de: IT Support Engineer (esquema laboral híbrido)

Responsabilidades principales:

oBrindar soporte técnico de nivel 1 y nivel 2 y solucionar problemas de sistemas informáticos, software, hardware y otros dispositivos. Responder a solicitudes de soporte por teléfono, correo electrónico, sistemas de tickets, etc.

oComprensión de los sistemas operativos de cliente y servidor de Microsoft, Active Directory, Directiva de grupo, DNS, DHCP, Administrador de puntos finales (SCCM) y otras tecnologías comunes de Microsoft.

oDiagnosticar problemas a través de preguntas a los usuarios y utilizando herramientas de monitoreo y gestión remota. Identificar si los problemas están relacionados con software, hardware, redes, etc.

oRealizar remediación de vulnerabilidades en puntos finales y servidores utilizando herramientas y informes de ciberseguridad.

oTomar o apoyar decisiones sobre compras clave de tecnología para satisfacer las necesidades comerciales, reducir costos y riesgos y respaldar el crecimiento.

oRealizar evaluaciones de buenas prácticas de los sistemas técnicos dentro del alcance de este rol.

oTener una comprensión básica de los conceptos de redes como conmutación, enrutamiento, firewalls, subredes y VLAN.

oAsegurar que se mantenga una comunicación clara entre las partes interesadas comerciales y los equipos técnicos de TI.

oRealizar comunicaciones y acciones necesarias con proveedores externos para admitir aplicaciones comerciales.

oMantener la documentación del sistema y de la aplicación, incluidas las interfaces de la aplicación, la instalación específica del sistema y la documentación de procedimientos.

Habilidades/Calificaciones Obligatorias Requeridas:

oSe prefiere una licenciatura y más de 3 años de experiencia relacionada; o un título de asociado y más de 5 años de experiencia; o una combinación de educación y experiencia.

oHabilidad técnica para respaldar las responsabilidades laborales mencionadas anteriormente.

oAltamente organizado, auto motivado y autodirigido.

oExperiencia en el apoyo a un entorno de trabajo en planta o centro de distribución (por ejemplo, escáneres, impresoras de etiquetas, etc.) es altamente deseable.

oFamiliaridad con el apoyo a una empresa global es una ventaja.

oCertificados, licencias y/o registros: Se requiere una licencia de conducir válida, certificaciones en Azure, ITIL o ciberseguridad son una ventaja.
