Must Haves: • 7–9 years of experience in a project manager or program manager role • Deep understanding of core financial business processes, including: ○Treasury : payment terms, payment methods, approval hierarchies (DOA), reconciliations, and bank file processes ○Accounts Receivable (AR) : Order‐to‐Cash (O2C), credit management, collections, and customer payment workflows ○Accounts Payable (AP):Procure‐to‐Pay (P2P), invoice coding, approvals, credit memos, and vendor payment processes • Proven background in business process optimization and financial process improvement • Strong experience presenting to and managing relationships with C‐suite stakeholders • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field • Must be a Chartered AccountantPreferred Skills Experience in cross-functional finance transformation or enterprise PMO support. Certifications such as CAPM, Agile, or Scrum Master are a plus. Proficiency in project tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, Excel, or MS Project.Day-to-Day As a Finance Transformation Program/ Project Manager within the Enterprise Financial Applications PMO, you will play a key role in supporting and coordinating financial workstreams across GL/Treasury, AP, AR, and Practice Management. This position centers on two primary responsibilities: first, partnering directly with senior stakeholders—including CFOs, controllers, and other executive leaders—to understand current P2P and O2C processes and identify opportunities for business process optimization from an IT and operational perspective. Strong accounting expertise is essential, as you will be expected to propose meaningful improvements, influence process redesign, and build strong, trust‐based relationships across the organization. Second, you will lead major financial initiatives from a program and project management standpoint, owning all aspects of execution from kickoff through completion. This includes facilitating key meetings, managing communication and expectations across stakeholders, driving alignment, and ensuring projects are delivered effectively and on schedule.
