**Finance & Operations Manager****Position Summary**:The Finance & Operations Manager will support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in driving financial strategy, planning, risk management, and project implementation. This role ensures that the company’s financial models, investment structures, and operational processes are aligned with carbon market standards, regulatory frameworks, and sustainability best practices.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and refine financial strategies and business models for carbon, biodiversity, and ecosystem service projects.- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models that guide decision-making and long-term growth.- Analyze cost structures and profitability across projects, identifying efficiencies and new revenue opportunities.- Oversee financial risk management, compliance, and ESG reporting.- Lead internal audits, financial reporting, and implementation of monitoring tools to enhance transparency.- Collaborate with technical and project teams to align financial planning with operational feasibility and investment needs.- Improve financial and operational workflows, integrating digital tools and automation systems.- Support financial due diligence, contract negotiations, and project investment structures.- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in financial planning, budgeting, or project management, ideally within sustainability, clean energy, or carbon markets.- **Technical Expertise**:- Financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and investment modeling.- Revenue optimization and risk management.- Regulatory compliance and ESG reporting.- Knowledge of carbon finance, impact investment, and green funding mechanisms.- **Skills & Competencies**: Strategic mindset, analytical rigor, digital finance proficiency, leadership across teams, and a proactive, results-oriented approach.**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:- Budget accuracy and forecasting performance.- Operational efficiency and process improvement.- Timely financial reporting and audit readiness.- Achievement of financial targets across projectsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de vidaExperiência:- planeación financiera, control presupuestal o gestión : 5 años (Obligatorio)- energías limpias o mercados de carbono: 5 años (Obligatorio)- Finanzas del carbono y mecanismos de inversión verde: 5 años (Obligatorio)- Cumplimiento regulatorio, auditorías y reportes ESG: 5 años (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
