You'll play a key role in crafting ideas that move culture and drive business, blending creativity, media, and AI to make an impact that lasts. Main Responsibilities- Project Manager is capable of bridging the gap between Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and Traditional (PMI) methodologies to lead high-impact Digital Transformation and eCommerce projects. - It is a high-stakes strategic role requiring technical proficiency in APIs and advanced management tools (Jira, MS Project), alongside the executive presence to negotiate with C-level stakeholders (CEO/CFO). - The most critical success factors include autonomous risk management, process optimization, and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into scalable, value-driven business solutions. What will help you succeed:- Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. - Training or certification in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent). - Advanced project planning: agile, traditional, and hybrid methodologies. - Advanced project planning defining roadmaps, schedules, critical paths, and dependencies. - Portfolio management and initiative prioritization. - Monitoring KPIs, progress control, and executive reporting. - Risk and issue management (identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring). - Documentation management, meeting minutes, records, and follow-up on agreements. - Project budget management (costing, expense control, invoicing). - Intermediate-advanced level of Excel (pivot tables, financial formulas, dashboards). - Experience with remote communication and collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace). This job can be filled in CDMX Remote Model*GUT is a business unit within Globant, operating as its creative and marketing division.
