🚀 We’re Hiring: Client Services Specialist (House Cleaning Services)🌐 Location Remote – Mexico 🕒 Schedule Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm MST / 10:00 am – 7:00 pm CDMX 💵 Salary & Benefits Direct/Contractor (MXN): $20,000 - $22,000 monthly + Benefits 🚀 About the Role: This is a customer service–focused position with administrative duties. You will be the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through services, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless experience. 🔑 Core Responsibilities Client Interaction Handle all inbound calls from current and prospective clients. Perform scheduled and unscheduled “discovery calls” (20–30 min each) using an established script and questionnaire. Provide service quotes verbally and via email using internal software. Manage a leads spreadsheet to ensure timely follow-up. Conduct follow-up calls after first-time services to confirm satisfaction and offer ongoing service options. Administrative Support Text updates and transfer cases outside admin scope (HR, billing, escalations, etc.). Daily timesheet confirmation. Conduct screening calls for new candidates. Reply to Google reviews. General communication with clients and cleaning crew as needed. ✅ Requirements 2–4 years in customer service (direct client interaction). Experience explaining services Administrative experience: scheduling, spreadsheets, tracking communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Ability to navigate basic software / CRM tools.
