We are looking for a Recruiter based in Mexico with experience in engineering services or the automotive industry. The role requires strong sourcing skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English. Key Responsibilities Support full-cycle recruitment for technical and engineering roles. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews in English and Spanish. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track candidate progress. Maintain accurate data in recruitment trackers and ATS. Provide regular updates on pipelines and hiring status.
