Position Summary The Senior Marketing Manager leads the overall marketing strategy, brand management, and market development of the Mexico subsidiary. Responsible for driving brand growth, market awareness, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop annual marketing strategies, campaigns, and brand positioning plans. Lead market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights programs. Oversee digital marketing, content development, and local market communication. Coordinate product launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and corporate PR. Manage marketing budget, ROI, vendor selection, and project execution. Support sales team with marketing tools, product materials, and lead generation. Establish and maintain relationships with media, partners, and government organizations. Align local marketing initiatives with corporate global brand guidelines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields. 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, industrial, automotive, or electronics. Proven ability to manage integrated marketing campaigns and brand strategy. Strong analytical skills, creativity, and cross-cultural communication. Fluent English; Spanish preferred.
