Job Description:

Mantiene certificaciones relacionadas al sistema de gestión de la calidad y específicos del cliente.
•Tiene la autoridad de detener la operación si el producto se está manufacturando fuera de especificación y asegurar que se aplique el plan de reaccion correspondiente.
•Líder del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad, cambios requeridos a sus objetivos y elementos para asegurar una mejora continua y lograr una efectividad adecuada. 
•Monitorear las tendencias de indicadores de desempeño de calidad con los clientes e internos en general y según sea el caso aplica las acciones correctivas correspondientes
•Optimiza insumos de las áreas productivas (materia prima, mano de obra, maquinaria, medio ambiente) satisfagan y cumplan los requerimientos establecidos en el sistema de calidad.
•Que los proveedores cumplan con nuestros requisitos de calidad, así como planes de inspección para el proceso de Recibo de Material Prima.
•Asegurar la correcta realización del Plan de control, PPAP, APQP, MSA, Run At Rate, y demás procedimientos del sistema de gestión de la calidad o requerimientos específicos del cliente.
•Asegura cumplimiento con todos los requisitos definidos en el manual de calidad corporativo en procedimiento de planta.
•Asegura que los requerimientos específicos de los clientes estén implementados en la Planta.
•Establecer y mantener procedimientos documentados para controlar, calibrar y mantener los equipos de inspección, medición y prueba.
•Establecer y mantener procedimientos para asegurar que los productos no conformes no sean usados o instalados indebidamente, definiendo la autoridad y responsabilidad para su revisión y disposición.
•Revisión de los portales del cliente, actualización de los sistemas internos de calidad.
•Asesora cuando sea requerido en todos los aspectos del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad de la compañía.
•Promover la formación de equipos de mejora a la calidad y dar soporte técnico y estadístico.
•Tomar el liderazgo en las actividades relacionadas a la disminución del desperdicio de la compañía.
•Liderar y mantener procedimientos para planear y realizar auditorías internas de calidad, documentando los resultados y dándolos a conocer al personal del área auditada.
•Elaborar programas de visitas a los clientes para promover la comunicación y el servicio al cliente
•Asegurar que se identifique y controlen las no conformidades internas y las reportadas por el cliente hasta que sean corregidas satisfactoriamente.
•Evaluaciones anuales de desempeño al personal a su cargo, detectando las necesidades de capacitación.
•Apoya los programas de capacitación para el desarrollo de habilidades y conocimientos técnicos del personal a su cargo y cuando sea requerido como Instructor.
•Comunicar la importancia de una gestión ambiental eficaz y conforme con los requisitos del sistema de gestión ambiental.
•Dirigir y apoyar a las personas, para contribuir a la eficacia del sistema ambiental.
•Promover la mejora continua del sistema de gestión ambiental.

Adicionalmente el Jefe Inmediato puede asignar otras funciones derivadas del proceso natural y desarrollo en el área.
