We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Regional Machining Manager. The successful candidate will oversee all machining operations within the region, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage machining operations across multiple facilities within the region.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize machining processes and improve productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for enhancement.




Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Mechanic Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing process.
  • Proven track record of success in improving machining processes and driving operational efficiency.
  • English (advanced level)
  • Experience in the Automotive.
