工作内容: 1、全权负责墨西哥货运代理工作，包括客户 BD、方案制定、客户报价制定;
2、制定并完成墨西哥货运整体年度、季度和月度单量指标、关键任务指标。制定并考核事业部所属员工的单量、关键任务指标，使事业部整体指标达成;
3、负责当地物流供应商开拓，做好供应商管理，完成物流服务产品的拼接;
4、负责区域潜在客户的商机挖掘。事业部内部销售管理形成闭环，包括陌拜、客户分析、签约进度分析等;
5、完成内外资源对接、推进项目合作签约、流程拉通、运营质量及单量目标;
6、制定并优化墨西哥成分公司的运营标准流程、针对供应商制定并优化运营规范，并定期对供应商的服务质量分析及考核;
7、负责市场竞对情报搜集，使区域营销获客能力在同行中更具备竞争优势。
8、负责对分公司所有项目进行定期复盘(月度/季度/半年/年度)，维护良好的客户关系;
9、执行公司或上级交付的其他工作。
任职要求:
1，5年及以上国际物流行业销售及管理经验，精通出口海陆空、国际货代业务;
2，有中国至墨西哥干线物流服务商、国际货代客户资源者优先;
3，自我驱动，愿意接受挑战，有创新精神;4，具有良好的组织能力、表达能力、应变能力、商务谈判能力;
5，英语/西语可作为工作语言，熟悉当地的人文风情、市场环境;
