Lead local hiring and manage a small operations team, promoting a strong, compliant, and mission-aligned culture. Implement company strategies, launch plans, and processes tailored to the Mexican market. Coordinate closely with Telcoin's legal, compliance, product, and executive teams to support product launches and maintain operational readiness. Provide regular reports on progress, risks, and performance to the Global COO and senior leadership. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in a senior operational or general management role, ideally in fintech, telecom, or financial services. Strong understanding of the Mexican regulatory landscape and experience engaging with local authorities. Solid background in financial oversight, compliance, and team leadership.
