BPO Order to Cash – Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology? Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients. ADMX is a member of the Global Delivery Network which has presence across the world with Delivery centers in the United States, Romania, India, Spain, China, and the Philippines. We provide consulting services to help our clients achieve a higher level of service in operational efficiency and business value. As a Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. BPO Order to Cash , you will be a critical resource supporting and transforming client billing, accounts receivable collections, and cash application processes. Your responsibilities will include executing complex transaction activities, driving process improvements, collaborating with clients to resolve payment and billing issues, and leveraging technology to enhance performance, compliance, and reporting. You will work closely with client stakeholders to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of billing and AR cycles and be a subject matter expert in shaping best practices across receivables workflow. Join our team of strategic advisers and architects, differentiated by our industry depth to collaborate with leading solution providers and leverage your experience in strategy, process design, technology enablement, and operational services to enable heart-of-the-business solutions. 3-5+ years of consulting and/or industry experience. Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry. Responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks. Advanced English level. Experience in finance operations or BPO with a focus on Billing, Accounts Receivable/Collections, and Cash Application processes. Strong working knowledge of ERP and AR systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and analytical tools; intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel. Solid understanding of receivables/revenue cycle management, internal controls, and best practices for AR operations. Ability to adapt in fast-paced, evolving client environments and drive resolution of complex billing/collections scenarios.
