Key duties include dispute resolution, account reconciliation, SOP enhancement, and collaboration with SAP consultants. The role demands strong analytical skills, fluency in English and Spanish, and proficiency in SAP and Excel. The specialist will lead billing projects, support process improvements, and ensure high-quality communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.**Responsibilities**:- Support billing operations, including dispute resolution, credit notes, and document amendments.- Reconcile accounts receivable and remittances periodically.- Conduct audits of the general ledger and financial documents.- Collaborate with SAP consultants in India/China to resolve system issues.- Maintain and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).- Lead and participate in billing process improvement and standardization initiatives.- Own and drive billing-related projects.- Train and onboard new team members.- Build strong relationships with local organizations to improve billing quality.- Communicate professionally with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Treasury) and external partners.- Serve as backup for supervisor during leaves, including decision-making responsibilities.**Must Have**:- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.- Fluent in English and Spanish.- US.
