People & Talent / Recursos Humanos CDMX / Grupo CYSE | Seguros & Insurtech El reto del puesto Apoyar directamente a Dirección General en: Reclutamiento estratégico Evaluación de talento Estructura organizacional Profesionalización del equipo Este no es un RH tradicional enfocado solo en nómina o incidencias. Es un rol hands-on, con impacto real en la operación y crecimiento. Responsabilidades clave Reclutamiento y selección de perfiles operativos, comerciales y estratégicos. Filtro y entrevistas iniciales de candidatos. Aplicación y análisis de pruebas psicométricas. Coordinación de entrevistas con Dirección y líderes de área. Seguimiento a procesos de contratación y onboarding. Documentación de perfiles, aprendizajes y criterios de selección. Apoyo en definición de funciones, KPIs y estructuras de puesto. Coordinación con partners externos solo cuando sea necesario. Perfil que buscamos Indispensable 3 a 5 años de experiencia en reclutamiento y selección. Experiencia en entrevistas por competencias. Criterio, carácter y sentido de urgencia. Capacidad para trabajar de la mano con Dirección. Alta organización y seguimiento. Deseable Experiencia en empresas de servicios, fintech, seguros o startups. Conocimiento básico de psicometría. Experiencia apoyando procesos de cambio organizacional.
