Position Title: Operations Manager, Distribution Center Mx Summary: Responsible for optimally scheduling and managing distribution center operations, ensuring the proper execution of the following work teams: Operational Management Ensure compliance with area KPIs (Receiving, Replan, Picking, VAS & eCommerce). Supervise shift start and end. Monitor and ensure operational flow in conjunction with Planning and Outbound managers (volume processing, order management, SLA).
Budget Management: Supplies, HC, overtime, etc. Review and negotiate order priorities to ensure compliance with the daily work plan. Talent Management Provide feedback in case of non-compliance with objectives and/or general activities. Conduct shift start, follow-up, and shift end sessions.
Ensure a culture of safety and housekeeping. Control and Auditing Conduct process audits. Communication Coordinate communication between shifts (cross-shift). Administration and Continuous Improvement Propose and implement ideas for continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
Support project planning and execution. Inventory management Work closely with the inventory department to ensure inventory integrity and reliability. Quality management Follows up on detected faults to apply corrective actions.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. Master's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics Systems desirable. 5+ years of experience in related positions such as warehouse operations manager (retail desirable).
Experience
in personnel management. Knowledge of WMS, SAP, PKMS or Manhattan systems desirable. Advanced Excel. Knowledge of Power BI.
